I used to fry my bacon on the stove. Then I made it in the oven and I was converted. I can cook a whole packet of bacon at one time, have it finished at the same time and it’s all crispy!
Lay your bacon single file on a lightly pammed cooking cooling rack and then onto a cookie sheet covered in foil (hello easy cleanup)
Put into the oven and turn the oven to 400 degrees
Cook for 15 minutes, rotate and switch racks. Cook for another 5 minutes or until your desired doneness. And that’s it!
I’ve never thought to make bacon in an oven but looking at how yours came out makes me wanna reconsider. It looks delicious. Great post! ❤
