So Good It’s Sinful Double Chocolate Bundt Cake

Okay y’all, I apologize in advance for introducing this bundt cake to you. It’s that good. Moist and chocolatey yet still light enough you can eat two pieces at a time, not that I know from expierence…okay maybe I do. But in all seriousness it’s a crowd pleaser and so easy to make. Enjoy!

You will need: 1 box chocolate cake mix, 1 box pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, chocolate chips and eggs


Lets Live Yall Chocolate Cake batter.jpgCombine all ingredients except for chocolate chips. Beat for 4 minutes. Then stir in chocolate chips.

Lets Live yall Chocolate Cake Cooked.jpgWhen it is cooked through, pull it out of the oven and marvel at it. Your house will smell heavenly now. You’re welcome. Let cook for 15 minutes in the pan then turn it out onto a cooling rack.

Double Chocolate Bundt Cake


1 box chocolate cake mix
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 c water
1 c sour cream
1 c chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine chocolate cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water & sour cream. Beat 4 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Put in greased bundt pan.

Bake for 1 hour. Cool for 15 minutes, them remove from pan and let cool completely.

    1. Do you use bakers joy? The cake just plops right out of the pan leaving a gorgeous finished look. Hey if it doesn’t look perfect sprinkle some powder sugar for a disguise!!


  1. I love making bunt cakes. My family calls them butt cakes. LOL. I use box mixes and replace the water with soda. Dark (Coke) for chocolate. Sprite or 7-up for white. Moist and so yummy. Plus they look much harder than they are. Bonus!!
