I have to plan dinners ahead of time, otherwise we would eat a variation of chicken every night. I really like chicken, its easy, versatile and I always have it in the freezer. Instead of subjecting my family to a chicken overdose I plan my meals for the month. This way I can ensure a variety of different proteins and cuisines. I made this handy-dandy little printable to keep me organized. I also made one for each week with a grocery list on the side for those items that are not staples.
